Donna Rorrer is a decorative artist who works in a variety of mediums and surfaces. Painting since 1984, and teaching for more than a decade, she is  a member of the Society of Decorative Painters.   

As a member of the Crafts Advisory Committee for the Patrick Henry Community College School of Crafts and Design, she has aided in the development of the courses for the Decorative Painting Certificate program and has served as an adjunct instructor in Decorative Painting.   

            As a Helping Artist and Traditions Teacher for DecoArt, a manufacturer of acrylic paint, and a Creative Partner for Mayco Company, manufacturer of specialty products for artists,  she is able to stay current on painting products and techniques within the industry associated with decorative painting.   She has also studied with many internationally known decorative artists
